SolidSim Structure
Features
SolidSim calculates the steady state of the defined process. The program calculates: the properties of the mixture, the phase equilibrium, the pressure drops, the distribution of flows and energy balances.

You can model complex processes with solids without limit.
SolidSim includes an extensive library of operations and units. Also, the user can define their units or processes and customize the library.
SolidSim allows you to define a description of the size distributions of solid particles.
You can create, compare and analyze different scenarios and configurations of the same process, keeping all information in the same file.

Definition of solids
The properties of solids can be classified according to the complexity of the data:
- Single value properties such as temperature, pressure or phase fraction.
- Distributed properties for all types of population and distribution of particle size.
- Dependent properties of single values can be given a different value for each class of property distribution.
